1. How to complain

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at bookings@subwayskaters.pt. You can also use the official electronic complaints book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. We reply within 15 business days.

2. Alternative dispute resolution (RAL)

As a consumer, you may also refer a dispute to the competent alternative dispute resolution body: Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (CACCL), www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt.
